In March of 2009, I hired the The Master’s Plumbing Company to install a Noritz tankless water heater for my house. I have been very happy with the product and was very impressed with installation work done by Trevor Smith and his associate.Trevor gave me a very thorough presentation of the tankless system and the Noritz unit when he came out to my home to give me an estimate. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very up front about the company’s pricing. He also gave me information about the tax credit offered by the federal government for the purchase and installation of a more energy efficient appliances. The savings I would realize with the tax credit helped me decide on the tankless system.The work to remove the old water heater and install the new one was done in a single day. The company did great work and cleaned up the job site very thoroughly. I have been very satisfied with the new tankless system. Since the installation, I’ve hired the company a second time to relocate an exterior hose faucet. I highly recommend The Master’s Plumbing Company to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

Noticed water standing under our 19-year-old water heater. Had used The Master’s Plumbing with great results in the past, so called them for an estimate to replace. They were quick to respond, provided thorough explanation of options, and provided a detailed estimate. I authorized the work and they showed up right on time the next day, completing the work within the estimated timeframe. After installation, we thought there was a problem with carbon monoxide. It turned out to have NOTHING to do with the water heater installation, but the installer still came back (late on New Year’s Eve) to double-check everything and make sure there were no problems. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still okay. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their service!
